‘An idle mind stirs trouble’, my grandmother always told me. I never realized how true that was until 2021. I am never idle now! I am always moving forward in one way or another. I have had a childhood dream to write songs in Nashville since the age of seven. I even received a personal invitation from Nashville to join them at the age of eight. However, during that time period, my grandparents knew I needed growing up and some life experience in order to enter that world. Here I am forty years later! I would say the experience I have gained through the world during those years have made me into the wonderfully ambitious God-fearing woman that is ready to conquer whatever my Father says I can today.
Although my dream of becoming the next Mariah Carey will never happen (I accept that!), I can, at least, work with anyone that is willing to write a song together. I am open and willing to learn whatever I need to. I may have been denied my high school diploma a month before graduation, but I have always educated myself and pushed my family to further their education.
